In this role, you combine strong administrative skills with a customer‑focused mindset. You support our French customers in B2B & Retail and work closely with the sales team to ensure excellent service, operational efficiency and sustainable growth. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Work closely with the Key Account Managers to support the implementation of account plans and achieve commercial objectives Support Account Managers in processing annual agreements and in launching new products and promotional activities Maintain regular contact with customers regarding operational matters and provide clear reporting Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Customer Supply Chain and Finance Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries and proactively contribute to customer growth Take responsibility for the commercial and administrative follow‑up of your customer portfolio Staying true to who you really are, that is your starting point at FrieslandCampina.
