We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 6–10 years of experience to contribute to the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions for global clients. Must Have Technical/Functional Skills ServiceNow Development ServiceNow Integrations Experience Required Implementation of 2+ ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPO, APO Experience using the Now Platform, Service Portal, Next UI Framework, and Integration Hub Web services integration (SOAP & REST) to link ServiceNow with existing tools and networks Integration with SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA using Integration Hub spokes and BTP Hands‑on experience with Flow Designer, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog / Record Producer, and Flow Designer Custom integration development and use of Integration Hub spokes for system connectivity Workflow automation using workflows, document feeds, email, scheduled script executions, and events Implementation of Access Control using ACLs and query business rules Complex process implementation with workflows and flow designer Report generation, scheduling, and dashboard creation to showcase KPIs Client‑side and server‑side scripting with client scripts, business rules, and script includes Configuration of email and SMS alerts to keep users updated Requirement gathering, high‑level and low‑level design, and troubleshooting/fixing issues Event monitoring integration with ServiceNow Benefits Attractive fixed + variable compensation Holiday bonus Profit sharing Comprehensive employee benefits (CSE) International exposure – part of an organization present in 50 countries Opportunity to work on ambitious and innovative projects Participation in community events: meetups, tech week, and after‑works Regular training and conference participation to support professional growth Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Information Technology Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
