Established in 2017, Infinite Orbits is a NewSpace company based in Toulouse, pushing the boundaries of in-orbit services with cutting-edge spacecraft driven by its own Rendez-Vous solution, an advanced Autonomous Vision-Based Navigation Solution. IO has two generations of missions: "Orbit Guard" provides Inspection and Space Situational Awareness services in GEO. Our first mission, OG-1, was launched on 1 May 2023. The second is launching in 2025, and the third in 2026. "Endurance" is a docking service capable of extending the life of GEO telecom satellites by taking over AOCS control for 5 years. About the Role Within the framework of the OG3 and Endurance projects, Infinite Orbit provides the Mission Ground Software to enable mission monitoring and control from the ground, integrated within the main Ground Control Software developed and delivered by our partner, TeleSpazio France. Job Description Configure and verify satellite configurations before the rendezvous phase. Control and operate rendezvous and docking equipment during related phases. Control and operate trajectories and satellite states (absolute and relative to the customer) during rendezvous and docking, using satellite telemetry and images sent to ground. Allow operators to verify operations before execution, interfacing with simulators. Specify necessary software to ensure mission success. Define and document architecture, interfaces, and integration procedures with other ground software. Select technologies for software development consistent with existing ground systems. Participate in ensuring cybersecurity aspects of the system. Organize and monitor the development of Mission Ground Software within the IO organization, including requirements, design, and interface documentation, as well as concepts of operations and FDIR analysis. Requirements Strong knowledge and experience in building Satellite Control Center Software. General knowledge of space operations. Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of cloud technologies such as deployment on virtual machines, Kubernetes, Docker. Experience with DevOps tools. Other Skills: Ability to present and explain technical decisions. More than 5 years of experience in the domain. Engineering background in software development and large system software integration.
