Position Overview
La Cabane Productions, an animation film and series production company nominated for an International Emmy Award, is offering a position as Production Assistant or Administrative Assistant (alternating capacity) starting from November 2024 (possible start December 2024 or January 2025).
Duration: 12 months
Location: On-site in Paris 9
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of funding applications (CNC, MEDIA, regions, etc.) and follow up on their status.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing developments and completed productions (contract follow-up, declarations, exploitation monitoring, etc.).
- Organize current projects (tracking development work, arranging travel, managing logistical needs, etc.).
- Manage applications and recruitment processes.
Desired Profile
- Interest in the audiovisual and/or animation sector.
- Strong written communication skills in both French and English (very good level required).
- Curiosity and versatility.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

La Cabane develops and produces animation series and films. We support projects with rich literary and graphic universes within a multicultural, human-sized structure. The company is notably the producer of the series MUSH-MUSH, which has aired in France and around the world. La Cabane also co-produced the award-winning short film LUCE ET LE ROCHER, selected in over 200 festivals, including Berlinale, Annecy, Ottawa, New York, and more. We are currently developing two new series, LUCE AU LOVELY LAND and EMMA SUR LA VAGUE, along with a standalone project, MIJOTÉ DE BREBIS.
