Florida Studio Theatre seeks an Artistic Associate and Literary Manager to oversee the Literary Department, manage play solicitation, oversee New Play Development, and supervise 3–5 literary interns over a year. The role directs literary operations, maintains databases, and cultivates relationships with playwrights while coordinating outreach and educational activities.
The position offers full-time, exempt status with competitive compensation and benefits, reporting to the Executive Producer.
