About Our Design Systems Team ADS is a multi-platform design system that provides building blocks for Agoda and our white-label partners to build better products faster. We are a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, QA, accessibility experts, and a product manager. The Senior Design Systems Designer at Agoda is responsible for: As a Senior Design Systems Designer, you will be a key contributor to help us scale ADS to become a best-in-class design system. You’ll help our team lay scalable foundations, evolve our components, and expand into new areas to unlock quality and efficiency in the organization. You will drive and continuously improve collaboration with cross-functional partners within our team and with makers across other product teams. Your work will impact 1000+ makers at Agoda and millions of customers worldwide. You’ll influence our strategy to ensure the system evolves and continues to shape how we build products at Agoda. You will ship well-crafted and accessible designs that help our stakeholders across design and engineering ship products with improved efficiency and quality that users love. Day to day Expertise: Build design systems that balance flexibility, scalability, and ease of use. Create patterns that scale across platforms and use cases. Apply systems thinking to craft reusable solutions and drive consistency across teams. Advocating for Quality: Focus on accessibility and modern UI systems. Develop elegant solutions for users with varying abilities across devices. Weigh implementation costs and long-term maintenance; use data to guide decisions and measure success. Collaborate & Evangelize: Work across teams to uncover needs, drive alignment, and promote design system adoption. Establish healthy processes and coach mid-level and junior designers to grow as design systems designers.
