About the job UI/UX & Multimedia DesignerPosition OverviewWe are looking for a versatile UI/UX & Multimedia Designer to craft compelling digital experiences that integrate user-centered design with dynamic multimedia content including video, motion graphics, animation, hybrid explainers, and webcasts. This role blends creative visual storytelling with usability best practices to deliver interactive and impactful digital products.The ideal candidate will be skilled in both UI/UX design and multimedia production, working closely with product teams, marketers, and developers.Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX DesignDevelop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that enhance user engagement and usabilityConduct user research and usability testing to inform multimedia integration in digital interfacesCollaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of interactive designs and animationsMultimedia ProductionCreate video content, motion graphics, and animations for use in digital platforms, explainers, and marketing materialsDesign interactive media components such as hybrid explainers and webcasts to communicate complex concepts effectivelyEdit and produce high-quality webcast sessions, ensuring professional presentation and technical qualityInteractive Media & AnimationDesign and develop interactive multimedia experiences combining UI elements with animations and videoUse tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other animation or video editing software to produce contentEnsure multimedia content is optimized for multiple devices and platforms, maintaining responsiveness and performanceWork closely with UX researchers, content creators, and developers to integrate multimedia seamlessly into user flowsStay updated on the latest trends and tools in UI/UX design and multimedia productionProvide creative input and technical expertise to elevate the storytelling and user experienceRequired Qualifications5+ years experience in UI/UX design combined with multimedia production (video, motion, animation)Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and multimedia software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and responsive designExperience creating engaging multimedia content, including hybrid explainers and webcastsAbility to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teamsPreferred QualificationsDegree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fieldExperience with video streaming platforms and webcast production toolsFamiliarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design in multimedia content #J-18808-Ljbffr
