Le rôle : Retail IT Project Manager (H / F / X) Vous pilotez des projets IT dans l'univers du retail depuis l'expression du besoin jusquà la livraison finale. Vous êtes l'interlocuteur clé entre les équipes métiers, les partenaires techniques et le client final. Votre rôle est d'assurer le bon déroulement des projets, le respect des délais, budgets et la qualité des livrables. Responsabilités : Cadrer les projets : comprendre les besoins métiers, estimer les coûts et définir le périmètre. Rédiger les documents fonctionnels (spécifications, cahier des charges). Piloter la planification, les délais et la livraison des projets. Coordonner les équipes techniques, métiers et prestataires externes. Animer les comités projets (techniques ou métiers). Suivre les phases de tests, recettage et assurer de la qualité des livrables. Gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle selon les priorités. Ce que nous recherchons : Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets IT, idéalement dans le secteur retail. Capacité à gérer des projets transverses multi-pays ou multi-équipes. Maîtrise des méthodologies agiles (Scrum, Kanban...). Connaissance de solutions retail / ERP, la maîtrise de Cegid Y2 est un atout. Aisance dans la communication, sens du service et capacité à coordonner différents acteurs. Niveau d'anglais professionnel (écrit et oral).
