About the Job The Account Manager collaborates with the Client Director to build and nurture strong client relationships, focusing on retention, renewal and development of existing clients. The role drives departmental objectives to increase transaction volumes, expand the number of locations, and promote additional services and products. The position follows a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) at our European Avenue 62 bis, Avenue André Morizet, 92100 Boulogne‑Billancourt. Key Responsibilities Ensure renewal or extension of contracts under profitable financial conditions. Build and maintain high‑quality relationships with all clients in the portfolio. Upsell new products to existing clients. Develop relationships with key players in each local authority, identifying needs and proposing improvements. Contact all customers at least monthly (or quarterly) via email or telephone. Carry out an annual number of visits defined by customer type. Prepare and present client reports, annual reviews, and surveys. Increase the number of transactions within each local authority in line with budget. Actively create opportunities to reduce the use of parking meters by clients. Collaborate with marketing to create presentations and case studies for service adoption. Maintain up‑to‑date records in Salesforce and quotation tracking tools. Document meeting notes and post‑meeting action items. Develop strategic action plans for a defined number of clients, with quarterly objectives. Work closely with Customer Support to stay informed of client issues and resolutions, ensuring satisfaction. Partner with Projects and Marketing teams. Provide feedback to the manager on development requests for portfolio growth. Stay informed of market developments and competitive knowledge. Support the manager in preparing reports and presentations. Follow established processes and respect annual objectives. Participate in budget forecasting for the sector. Collaborate with sales and client support managers on issue resolution. Provide requested reporting to management. Contribute client feedback to improve internal services. Participate in building and improving client management processes. Ensure administrative and commercial follow‑up of activities. Execute ad‑hoc tasks as required to support the team. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the manager. Qualifications & Skills Native French speaker with proficiency in English. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (internships accepted). Bac +3 or equivalent educational background. Knowledge of French municipal, political, and cultural contexts. Experience in business‑to‑administration environments. Experience in payment, parking, or mobility sectors preferred. Personal vehicle for 30% travel requirement. No visa sponsorship offered. Hybrid Working & Location Hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 days work‑from‑home (WFH). Location: Europe Avenue 62 bis, Avenue André Morizet, 92100 Boulogne‑Billancourt, France. 30% travel required.
