You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates. You'll lead the definition and development of Alstom RSC’s Generic Architecture Strategy, making a significant impact on our approach to product development and market competitiveness. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, services, industrial), develop roadmaps and delivery plans, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of aligning strategy with stakeholders, measuring adherence to Generic Architectures, and inspiring a product-focused mindset shift, but also organizing Steering Committee’s and communities of practice.
