Benefit from the unwavering support of our marketing team and a dedicated Business Development Representative to help you build a robust sales funnel.ResponsibilitiesProven, successful, and consistent track record in selling high-value business process solutions, surpassing an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of €150K, ideally with a software vendor, specializing in Large Enterprises in France or Southern EuropeUtilizes a consultative sales approach to deliver value to customers, while maintaining a strong emphasis on new business developmentExceptional communication skills to effectively convey ideas and build relationshipsDemonstrates a team-oriented mindset, excelling in networkingNative-level proficiency in French and fluent in EnglishPreferred qualification includes a master's degree or equivalentIn your new role- within 90 days, you will have:Immersed yourself in the company’s vision, mission, and unique story participating in the onboarding bootcampEnrolled in the Sidetrade Sales Academy, equipping yourself with comprehensive knowledge of the Sidetrade software technology and the essential skills to swiftly make a significant impact in the marketEstablished complete alignment with your manager regarding key objectives and sales targetsCrafted a strategic action plan to drive your success and achieve your goalsWithin 12 months, you will need to be:An expert in Sidetrade’s solutions, confidently closing dealsA top performer consistently surpassing your quarterly objectivesA salesperson that has grown more at Sidetrade than you would anywhere elseAt Sidetrade, we cultivate a multicultural environment that fuels innovation.
