Dans le cadre du remboursement de sa solutionOdysight, Tilak Healthcare fait évoluer son processus de facturation afin de permettre la facturation de l’utilisation de son application auprès de l’Assurance Maladie et des organismes complémentaires (mutuelles), pour des patients atteints de maculopathies chroniques. Cette évolution s’inscrit dans une phase de structuration et de montée en charge du modèle économique, nécessitant un renforcement des compétences ADV et facturation. Les missions Tu es un acteur clé du processus de facturation et de reconnaissance du chiffre d’affaires. À l’interface entre les équipes produit, techniques et finance, tes missions sont les suivantes : Participer à l’amélioration continue du processus en réfléchissant et en co-construisant, avec les équipes produit et techniques, des automatisations visant à fiabiliser et fluidifier la facturation (50%).

Construire, structurer et être garant.e du processus de facturation permettant une collecte régulière, sécurisée et fiable du chiffre d’affaires (30%). Être le point de coordination entre les équipes produit et finance, en garantissant l’import régulier, complet et fiable des données de facturation issues d’Odysight vers le logiciel de facturationPulse Santé (20%). Extraire les données nécessaires via des fichiers d’export (patients facturables) et les intégrer dans le logiciel de facturation. Compléter et maintenir les dossiers patients : intégration des prescriptions médicales, informations de couverture mutuelle, pièces justificatives.

Suivre, en lien avec le prestataire de facturation, l’envoi des flux auprès de l’Assurance Maladie et des mutuelles. Analyser et traiter les retours de rejet ou d’erreur, en coordination avec les équipes concernées. Expérience de 1 année minimum sur un poste similaire en ADV / facturation / data (idéalement dans un environnement réglementé ou santé). Forte appétence pour les outils, les systèmes d’information et le traitement de volumes de données importants.

Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et fiabilité dans l’exécution. Capacité à travailler en transversal avec des équipes produit, techniques et finance. Un entretien avec Mathilde, notre HR Manager. Une étude de cas à la maison.
