What you’ll do & Who you are

Responsibilities:

- Ensure proper execution and compliance of invoicing processes (from invoice creation to delivery to the customer).
- Provide billing support to the sales team.
- Handle and record billing-related requests or disputes, with the support of the relevant departments, analyze their context and investigate their causes.
- Maintain a high level of collaboration with internal and external partners (billing, collection and finance departments).
- Accounting, reporting and calculation of monthly closing provisions (FAE [facture à établir]).
- Participate in process improvements to reduce payment times and management costs.
- Collect and analyze all general data and specific information affecting invoice content (using customer database or CRM).
- Control and update the customer database (addresses, contact history, receivables, etc.), file and archive all related contractual and administrative documents.
- Verify strict compliance of data with legal requirements, detect any anomalies, correct them in liaison with the relevant departments and draw up the anomaly report.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in French is essential, fluency in English is a must (professional).
- Proven success in executing and managing billing operations.
- Good knowledge of SAP (S4) and Salesforce strongly recommended.
- Financial acumen
- Experience of working in a large international finance team is an advantage.
- Experience of working with external partners
- Experience of working in a high-speed transformation environment
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Organizational skills to manage large volumes of work
