Requirements 5+ years of experience in Sales, with a minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in Workday, ideally more than $10M in annual sales, including $6M in new sales yearly. Deep understanding of SaaS solutions, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets (75%+ success rate).< / li> Extensive experience selling Workday solutions; experience selling other HCM solutions such as Cornerstone is a strong advantage. Willingness to travel 25% on average based on client needs. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives. Fluent in French and English is required; fluency in Italian, Spanish, or German is a plus. Tasks Identify and close new business opportunities within target markets, driving growth through direct sales of Workday Advisory, Implementation, and Managed Services in Europe. Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in the assigned territory. Drive joint opportunities and source partner pipeline. Educate clients on DXC’s Workday and broader Applications Services capabilities, communicating the value proposition to partners and customers.
