Human Ressources Business Partner - F/H - CDD 6 mois Charles River Laboratories (site d’Evreux) invites applicants for a 6‑month CDD contract as a Human Resources Business Partner. Qui sommes‑nous ? Charles River Laboratories is an international contract research organization dedicated to advancing the development of drugs through scientific excellence. The Evreux site spans 2 ha and hosts around 500 people working to develop pharmacotherapies. Le poste Within a team of around ten HR professionals, you will support managers and employees throughout their career in the company, deploy HR strategies, and evolve the organization. You will work closely with the Social Law lawyer under the direction of the Senior Manager in HR. Les missions Follow the HR agenda and support managers on topics such as annual reviews and performance objectives. Advise managers and implement the NAO policy in line with agreed contracts. Ensure follow‑up and implement action plans after employee survey findings. Accompany teams and management in individual or collective conflicts. Lead and guarantee compliance during disciplinary procedures. Maintain good communication across services. Participate in HR projects. Qualifications Souhaitées Bachelor or Master in HR Management or Social Law; at least 5 years of experience, with 3 years in a similar role. Proficiency in English, written and spoken (international context). Preferable prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong relational, organizational, and rigorous skills. Comfortable with negotiation and conflict resolution, with fairness and empathy. Proactive in proposing solutions to obstacles. Modalités Collective agreement: Pharmaceutical industry, group 6. Contract: CDD 6 months, 13 monthly pay (salary starting at €36 842 gross per year). Health insurance covered 100 %; company restaurant; CSE; transport subsidies; profit sharing; flexible working; telecommuting arrangement.
