Avec 4 IRM précliniques (1.5T, 4.7T, 7T, 11.7T) et une certification ISO 9001:2015, PRISM offre un environnement technologique unique. Le projet se déroulera sur le site d’Angers, au sein de la SFR ICAT sur le campus santé de l’Université d’Angers. Angers est une ville reconnue pour sa qualité de vie et son dynamisme.Ce poste s’inscrit dans le projet Thermolyse (ANR), qui vise à renforcer la résilience face aux températures extrêmes, dont la fréquence augmente avec le dérèglement climatique. L’objectif est de caractériser, par thermométrie IRM, les mécanismes de thermorégulation cérébrale sur modèle murin lors de stress thermiques, afin de développer des approches pharmacologiques innovantes contre le coup de chaleur, ciblant la régulation thermique mitochondriale.MISSIONSConcevoir et optimiser des protocoles in vivo sur modèle murin (thermométrie IRM, challenges thermiques environnementaux, influence de l’anesthésie, sélection de molécules thermoactives) en partenariat avec les partenaires du projetMettre en œuvre les études de thermométrie IRM (acquisition et analyse des données) pour étudier l’impact des vagues de chaleur sur modèle murin et tester des stratégies pharmacologiques de mitigation.Conduire des projets de recherche, mener une veille scientifique, communiquer et valoriser les résultatsIl participera aussi aux activités générales de la plateforme PRISM, contribuant à son rayonnement scientifique et technique.COLLABORATIONSL’ingénieur(e) recruté(e) travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les unités de recherche :MitoVasc (UMR Inserm U1083 - CNRS 6015, Angers), spécialiste du métabolisme mitochondrial.CRMSB (UMR 55369, Bordeaux), expert en innovation IRM.Cette approche interdisciplinaire combine expertise biologique et technologique, offrant un cadre de recherche stimulant et innovant.LieuLieu : Université d'Angers, Plateforme PRISM (Faculté de santé)RémunérationRémunération : De 31.000€ à 35.000€ selon expérienceDiplômes requisDiplômes requis : Bac +5 ans ou Bac +8 ans, profil scientifique avec spécialisation en imagerie biomédicale et/ou expérimentation préclinique.Compétences requisesMaitrise de l’expérimentation sur modèle murin préclinique (habilitation requise)Maitrise des fondamentaux de l’IRMMaitrise des outils informatiques (compétences en programmation et/ou maitrise de logiciels d’analyse d’imagerie recommandées)Maitrise de l’anglais (écrit et oral)Maitrise de la conduite de projetMaitrise de la communication et de la veille scientifiquesSens de l’organisation, autonomie, rigueur, réactivité, force de propositionIntérêt pour le travail collaboratif et multidisciplinaire #J-18808-Ljbffr
