What you’ll build A global onboarding platform serving 1M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Smart automation for life’s big moments (adding family members, retirement, company transitions) that reduces friction and delights users. A quick note about the process While you’re applying for a particular area, you may ultimately join a different part of our engineering organization, depending on where we believe you will have the most impact. Is it you we’re looking for? 3+ years of experience and ability to tackle high‑impact, high‑risk projects involving many engineers. Design efficient systems and engineering practices to align and facilitate interactions between multiple teams/products. Opportunity to mentor other engineers and lead crews. Contribute to hiring and shaping the technical assessment process. You would be a good fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you Well‑versed in object‑oriented programming (Python, Java, C#) and enthusiastic about modern JavaScript web technologies. Willing to work primarily in Python/JavaScript. Passionate about building products. Self‑starting and entrepreneurial. Humble and eager to grow, no matter seniority. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. Fluent in English (French not required). We are aiming to hire within the D‑F level salary range.
