Our mission is to make electric mobility accessible to everyone.DetailsDepartment: MarketingLocation: ParisCompensation: €50,000 - €70,000 / yearRole descriptionAs Performance Marketing Manager at Upway, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will manage our Performance Marketing channels end-to-end, from strategy to execution, and will be responsible to allocate our budget efficiently across both Supply and Demand initiatives.This role is ideal for an analytical, data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, B2C e-commerce environment.ResponsibilitiesStrategy: Build a comprehensive Performance Marketing strategy (SEA, paid Social Media, Affiliates, etc.) aiming at driving traffic and generating revenues for our European business.Execution: Launch and continuously optimize campaigns (bids, keywords, creatives, landing pages, etc.) to increase their overall profitability.Tracking: Closely monitor campaigns performance by implementing best practices in terms of attribution and by building dashboards.Budget Management: Allocate our Performance Marketing budget (millions of Euros per year) efficiently across platforms and campaigns.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise3-6 years of experience in Marketing analytics or related fields such as business consulting.Stellar analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.An entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.Proficiency with Performance Marketing platforms (mostly Google Ads and Meta Ads).Experience working with Performance Marketing tracking tools and attribution mechanisms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).Good communication skills to present results in an informative and persuasive way to a wide range of stakeholders (Co-Founders, General Managers, Tech).SQL proficiency is a plus.Team, Remote and Compensation PolicyUpway operates in Western Europe and the US, with the support of prestigious investors including Sequoia Capital, Global Founders Capital and Exor.
