Your Mission 🚀 Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine. Transition Paradox from a founder‑led marketing approach to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine. You’ll identify growth levers, test hypotheses, launch new channels, and lead the team in building a 2× better funnel. Your Key Responsibilities Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer‑Market Fit. Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t. Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence. Architect funnels and campaigns hands‑on: map them out, oversee implementation, set up tracking, and ensure smooth operation before budget scaling. Lead relentless CRO & A/B testing; design, launch, and analyze tests yourself. Identify friction points, audit pages, propose fixes, and implement tests immediately. Explore and scale acquisition channels, overseeing paid social and hunting new winning channels. Act as the “client” of the content factory – analyze ad performance, brief the content strategist, and scale winning angles. Design and optimize growth loops across product, retention, referral, and content. Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion. Manage and grow the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM) by setting standards, coaching, hiring, and pruning talent. Align growth with sales: focus on lead quality, collaborate with the Sales Team Lead, and prioritize high‑intent leads. Tools You’ll Master GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, Looker Studio, Figma, Amplitude, and other analytics and experiment tools. Data integration platforms like Optibase, Wefblow, and VIDALytics. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) LTV / CAC ratio. Funnel conversion rates by stage. X experiments launched per week. Desired Outcomes Conversion rates 2× better than baseline. Continuous growth experimentation runs. A predictable growth engine. Experience Minimum of 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally within SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital products. Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that improved revenue, activation, or conversion. Competencies Growth diagnosis and system thinking. Persuasion and behavioral insight. Analytical mindset. Personality Curious – digs into why users behave the way they do. Hands‑on execution. Precision – cares about clarity in hypotheses, clean data, and unambiguous results. Agility – moves fast and turns insights into tests within hours. Language French: Native / Bilingual.
