As Head of Growth, you will have a crucial role in the development of our marketing strategy. Your mission will be to define clear priorities, measurable goals and precise metrics to drive adoption, loyalty and customer satisfaction while strengthening our brand position in the market.
Description
* Develop our marketing strategy with clear priorities, precise objectives and metrics to drive adoption, retention and customer satisfaction, and strengthen our brand positioning.
* Increase lead generation growth across all marketing channels: email, CRM, paid search, SEO, partnerships, advertising, direct mail, promotions, events, social media and display.
* Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate their impact against objectives (ROI and KPI), including management of acquisition costs, average revenue per user (ARPU) and value to Customer Lifetime (LTV).
* Set up, monitor and execute product usability testing, particularly related to customer onboarding. Set up conversion points and optimize user journeys.
* Share best practices globally: Understand the strategies of the best digital brands and adapt them to our business model.
* Bring an innovative vision to develop and structure our marketing team.
* Someone who thinks out of the box and not just someone skilled at designing digital strategies but an exceptional executor when it comes to operational tasks.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience in highly analytical and data-driven environments.
* Understanding of the challenges and considerations of digital marketing in an international context.
* Pragmatic and involved: Ability to meet the demands of a rapidly growing company and take concrete actions.
* Experience designing and implementing marketing automation campaigns.
* Proven ability to develop and implement creative solutions to solve complex problems.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Fluency in French (mother tongue) and fluent English.
* Hybrid position - Office in Paris
