Nous recherchons un Directeur de Projet pour travailler sur des projets internationaux de construction de Data Center en France. Le Directeur de Projet encadré par un Directeur, exerce notamment les fonctions suivantes:

  • A la responsabilité de la bonne livraison du projet et de la livraison des services qui y sont associés;
  • A la responsabilité fonctionnelle de l'équipe projet;
  • A la responsabilité d'entretenir de bonnes relations commerciales avec le client;
  • S'assure que les objectifs du client soient satisfaits, notamment en termes de délai, coûts et normes de qualité.


Gestion de projet dans le cadre des instructions qui lui seront données, notamment :
  • Mène au jour le jour les interactions avec le client et les parties prenantes du projet / « major project »;
  • Supervise /Surveille activement les coûts, le budget et le planning du projet ;
  • Pilote les actions correctives/ de mitigation nécessaires ;
  • Mène l'équipe du projet ;
  • Veille à ce que les jalons projet/client soient respectés ;
  • Anticipe et coordonne avec l'équipe projet les éléments nécessaires à la validation de ces derniers ;
  • Gère le flux d'information entre l'équipe et le client, au travers de réunions régulières et des communications écrites ;
  • Prépare les rapports, livrables ou compte rendus nécessaires sur le projet pour informer la hiérarchie ou le client ;
  • Participe à la préparation des appels d'offres, avec les Directeurs et Directeurs Adjoints.


Nous recherchons quelqu'un avec au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projet de construction dans les secteurs industriels et/ou Data Center. La personne recherchée doit avoir une excellente compréhension des exigences européennes en matière de conception/code et des tendances de l'industrie et Data Center. Une expérience avérée de la gestion de grands projets et/ou programmes de travail est également requise. De plus, la personne recherchée doit avoir une excellente communication en FRANÇAIS et ANGLAIS (oral et écrit).
