Join our Product team as a Product Builder. Like each Product Builder in the department, you will be responsible for updating, managing and developing our product for France. You’ll be able to design and implement new features and improvements using our low‑code platform (JetLang). You will also actively contribute to the on‑going technical transformation by optimizing and revamping our codebase. Key Responsibilities Developing and implementing technical solutions to enhance the functionality and performance of our payroll and employee management platform. Staying up‑to‑date with French laws and regulations to ensure our product remains compliant, including implementing new payroll rules and collective agreements to unlock new sectors. Tackling complex challenges and designing solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. Cleaning, optimizing, and revamping the codebase to improve performance and support our technical transformation. Ensuring high standards of quality through comprehensive documentation and rigorous testing, continuously refining testing methodologies. Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering and product designers, to deliver high‑quality technical solutions. Additional Responsibilities Monitoring compliance and implementing legal updates to keep the product current and aligned with regulations. Contributing to the continuous improvement and technical excellence of our platform. Managing the product run and maintenance within your scope to ensure seamless operation and high‑quality service. Qualifications Engineering background or payroll management background with a proven interest for technical aspects. +2 years of experience, ideally working with a low‑code/configuration language. Strong interest in software fundamentals, data structures, software architecture, and design patterns; keen focus on technical skill improvement. Strong inclination towards testing and quality assurance, ensuring high standards of reliability and performance. Driven to deeply understand and model complex payroll systems, contributing to their development and technical transformation. Good problem‑solving skills, risk‑management and impact‑centric approach. Ability to analyse and tackle complex challenges. Eager to improve skills in product development and management. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities with various stakeholders. Fluent in French and English. Team You will join one of the squads of the Payroll Experience or Company & Employee Experience product team. The team is composed of three squads with an average of five Product Builders per squad. Interview Process Interview with a recruiter – 30 min. Logical test at home – 60 min. Low‑code exercise with a member of the team – 90 min. Interview with your future manager – 45 min. Background Check Identity, diploma, and past professional experiences will be checked after the offer.
