Poste de Chef de Projet senior dans une entreprise générale de construction leader sur le marchéGestion de projets d’envergure en GO (gros œuvre) et TCE (tous corps d’état) de la préparation à la livraisonSupervision des Conducteurs de Travaux et garantie de la performance technique, financière et contractuelleReprésentation de Soludec auprès des clients, administrations et partenairesDéplacements courts sur les chantiers à proximité (≤30 km)Définir et mettre en œuvre les stratégies de projet ; superviser budgets, plannings et risquesEncadrer, accompagner et coordonner les équipes projets et Conducteurs de TravauxGarantir la qualité, la sécurité et la conformité réglementaire sur l’ensemble des opérationsValider les solutions techniques et suivre l’avancement des travauxAssurer le reporting à la direction et la satisfaction clientDiplôme de niveau Bac+5 en génie civil, construction ou équivalent8 à 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets, idéalement en entreprise généraleExpertise technique solide et bonne maîtrise des aspects financiers et contractuelsCompétences avérées en leadership et management d’équipeExcellentes capacités d’organisation, de planification et de prise de décisionMaîtrise parfaite du français ; autres langues appréciées #J-18808-Ljbffr
