What impact you create at Chanel As Retail Excellence Manager for CHANEL Fashion, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the impact of the Fashion retail network. Working in close collaboration with Regions, Markets and Fashion Division teams, you will be in charge of creating the conditions to achieve the highest standards of excellence, in line with the Fashion strategic priorities. In this role, you will contribute to the Fashion strategic roadmap and large-scale projects involving multidisciplinary and international teams, driving alignment towards shared strategic objectives with Retail excellence at the heart of all initiatives. MISSIONS Mobilize all Retail levers to maximize boutiques’ impact throughout the business cycle Coordinate the Collection launch date definition process, aligning Fashion calendar and local needs. Contribute to the deliveries’ prioritization process according to the boutiques opening and events plan. Support local retail needs to ensure the continuity of business and client experience in each Image boutique project (temporary and seasonal boutiques), in line with each market distribution strategy. Lead the building of a meaningful 360° Client & Retail plan to support WFJ and FB Divisions in our Fashion network. Support markets’ requests on any retail topics (ie. Uniforms, Q&A on specific topics…) Collaborating with Division’s experts: Image, VM, Supply Chain, Education, Communication, Boutique Tools, Client Communication. Foster Retail operational efficiency to continuously elevate client experience Build a global Fashion vision on Retail operations projects at global, regional and local level, supporting the simplification roadmap. Define the Fashion business key principles and promote Fashion Retail needs in Tech projects and ensure the most efficient user experience within our tool’s ecosystem. Support the successful implementation of the Division's retail projects in boutiques and structure feedback with markets. Organize meaningful practices sharing between markets, creating the right synergies at a worldwide scale. Collaborating with Division’s experts: IT, Digital, Supply Chain, Client Experience Strategy, Operations Clients & Retail. What you will bring 12 – 15 years’ experience in Retail at regional or market level, in the Luxury industry. Deep knowledge of Retail operating model thanks to experiences at both boutique and head office level, ideally including international experiences. Prior experience(s) in consulting and proven experience in structuring recommendations and delivering concise presentations for Top management. Ability to work in a complex environment, in collaboration with a wide range of experts in a constant dialogue. Proven experience in management. Enthusiasm, curiosity and sense of listening and dialog are key expected personal skills. Fluent in English / French.
