Vos missions auprès de nos clients L'optimisation des stratégies de contacts Le ciblage et la scénarisation des campagnes CRM en environnement multi-canal Le paramétrage des workflows de campagnes La coordination des campagnes marketing L'analyse des retours et performances des campagnes marketing La formation aux outils de CRM et d'analyse Votre profil Vous avez au minimum une première expérience réussie dans la gestion de campagnes marketing, en vous appuyant sur un outil de gestion de campagnes ainsi qu'une affinité avec les données et le marketing. Vous maitrisez l'une des solutions de marketing automation référentes du marché : Adobe Campaign ou Salesforce Marketing Cloud Les êtes à l'aise avec SQL et HTML/CSS Vous parlez anglais couramment (nombreux clients internationaux) Vous vous reconnaissez dans ce profil ?
