Your Impact

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor for the customer and be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring the CRM system to meet their needs, and ensuring a seamless and successful implementation process

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops with clients to understand their needs, requirements and objectives
  • Translate client requirements into detailed functional specifications, technical specifications and CRM solutions.
  • Identify solutions in our application based on the customers complex business process, issues and needs
  • Lead the implementation of CRM systems, including configuration, integration, and data migration
  • Configure the CRM system to meet their needs
  • Act as a constant bridge between project stakeholders and internal teams
  • Act as a product expert and guide all stakeholders to the correct solutions
  • Follow up with customers, communicate potential future standards and benefits
  • Prioritize activities to meet the requirements

  • Analytical and customer centric mindset
  • Communication skills in French and English
  • Structured and organised
  • Organize information and communicate progress
  • Ability to lead several projects and activities
  • Flexible approach, willing to wear multiple hats if needed
  • 2 years or plus in functional consultancy or relevant experience, consulting background is a plus

Qualifications

  • Strong analytic skills, background in functional analysis required
  • Experience with CRM or ERP implementations
  • Ability to think strategically (big picture) and tactically in regards to project planning, scoping, budgeting, and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to estimate project efforts and manage client expectations
  • Understanding and appreciation of processes/procedures and governance required to lead projects
  • Ability to manage tight timelines, limited resources and still deliver on time and within scope.
