Job Description

Are you passionate about marketing performance, data, and driving impactful decisions?

Join Salomon as a Marketing Analyst and play a key role in transforming how we measure,optimize, and scale our marketing investments across global markets. As part of the Marketing Analytics & Insights team, you will play a key role in analyzing marketing activation performance and helpingoptimizemedia allocation strategies in line with businessobjectives.

In this role, you willoperateat the intersection of marketing, data, and business decision-making.Acting as the bridge between advanced analytics, technical data infrastructure, and marketing execution, you will ensure that every marketing initiative is measurable,optimized, and aligned with businessobjectives.

You will work closely with a Marketing Scientist focused on ROI modelling and a Marketing Data Manager responsible for data pipelines, translating complex data into clear insights that marketing teams can act upon.

As a key contributorina newly structured team, you will help define reporting standards, performance frameworks, and test-and-learn methodologies across regions and channels. Your mission is not just to analyze data-but to make it meaningful, actionable, and impactful for the business.

Your main responsibilities

  • 1. Campaign Performance Analysis & Insights
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across channels
    • Translate performance data into actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
    • Provide recommendations to optimize campaigns, channels, and creative execution.
    • Support marketing teams with forward-looking insights for campaign planning.
  • 2. StructureReportingFrameworks
    • Define and implement reporting frameworks for major marketing campaigns and investments.
    • Ensure global consistency in reporting standards and templates across regions.
    • Set up clear KPI frameworks aligned with business and marketing objectives.
    • Ensure every marketing initiative is tracked with relevant performance indicators.
  • 3. Media Allocation & BudgetOptimization
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Scientist and Marketing Operations teams to inform budget allocation decisions.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations on media investment strategies.
    • Support the optimization of marketing spend across channels based on performance.
    • Monitor major investments (e.g. global campaigns, partnerships) and assess their effectiveness.
  • 4. Test-and-Learn
    • Own and structure the marketing test-and-learn roadmap.
    • Define testing frameworks (A/B testing, incrementality, campaign comparisons).
    • Ensure proper test design, execution, and measurement.
    • Translate test results into clear recommendations
    • Act as a key partner to marketing, operations, regional teams, and analytics stakeholders.
    • Ensure alignment between global guidelines and regional execution.
    • Influence teams to adopt data-driven practices and reporting standards.
