Key Responsibilities Define Paid Social & Display strategy across on-platform (TikTok Shop, Meta Shop) and off-platform tactics (Meta Advantage+, TikTok Video Ads) at brand and category level. Support with day-to-day management and optimisation of Paid Social & Display (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Google), including campaign builds and audience creation. Own key performance metrics (Revenue / ROAS / Cost%) versus forecast. Ensure a data-driven approach, exploring opportunities to automate, optimise and improve efficiency / ROAS. Analyse performance data to find growth opportunities and areas to improve. Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance insights versus forecast and KPIs. Maintain gold-standard platform hygiene with best-in-class campaign setup and optimisation, working with peers globally. Monitor and analyse competitor activity. Test new opportunities / creative and apply learnings to ongoing campaigns. Drive innovation, challenge the ordinary, and support long-term growth. Collaborate closely with internal teams : performance marketing, DTC, marketing, commercial finance, social / influencer. Maximise value from tech platforms and external partners (Meta, TikTok, agencies). Stay up to date with industry news and share learnings with the team. About You 4+ years’ experience in Paid Social & Display (eCommerce preferred). Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager & TikTok Ads / Shop is essential. Commercially minded and results-driven. Motivated self-starter, ambitious, curious and open to testing new ideas. Strong interpersonal skills – able to work with a mix of personalities and styles. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with proven multitasking ability. Strong data skills, especially measurement and attribution. Experience with Data Studio and Google Analytics is a plus.
