🎯 Your Role (EN) As a Battery & Charging Project Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and securing the energy management systems of our robots (battery system with its BMS and charging station). Your role is critical to ensure the autonomy, safety, and energy performance of our robotic platforms. You will work directly with the embedded software, mechatronics, and hardware teams to guarantee the smooth integration of the battery system within the entire robot. 📝 Your Daily Missions Design and implement the energy management system of our robots, in full compliance with the technical specifications and applicable regulations. Identify the right technologies and industrial partners to build the complete energy subsystem (batteries and charging station) of our robots. Safety & energy performance: ensure proper charge/discharge cycling, anticipate safety risks, and optimize charging time and battery lifespan. System integration: connect the energy management subsystem with other embedded systems and the main robot software. Testing & validation: set up and run performance, endurance, and reliability tests on the batteries (test benches, field follow-up). Continuous improvement: identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance energy efficiency, reduce losses, and strengthen safety.🎯 Votre rôle (FR) 🎯 Votre rôle (FR) En tant qu’Ingénieur Projet Batteries & Charge, vous aurez la responsabilité de développer et fiabiliser les systèmes de gestion énergétique de nos robots (batterie avec son BMS et station de charge). Votre rôle est crucial pour assurer l’autonomie, la sécurité et la performance énergétique de nos plateformes robotiques. Vous travaillerez en interface directe avec les équipes software embarqué, mécatronique et hardware pour garantir l’intégration fluide du système de batteries dans l’ensemble du robot. 📝 Vos missions au quotidien Concevoir et implémenter la gestion énergétique de nos robots, dans le respect du cahier des charges et des réglementations en vigueurs. Identifier les bonnes technologies et les bons partenaires industriels pour construire l’ensemble de la fonction énergie (batteries et station de charge) de nos robots. Sécurité & performance énergétique : assurer la bonne tenue en cycles de charge/décharge des cellules, anticiper les risques liés à la sécurité et optimiser les durées de charge et de vie des batteries. Intégration système : connecter la gestion énergétique avec les autres systèmes embarqués et le logiciel principal. Tests et validation : mettre en place et exécuter des tests de performance, usure et fiabilité des batteries (bancs de test, suivi terrain). Amélioration continue : identifier et proposer des solutions innovantes pour améliorer l’efficacité énergétique, réduire les pertes et renforcer la sécurité. #J-18808-Ljbffr
