At MyC, we build digital tools that help deliver high-quality healthcare to workers all over the world — from managing medications to structuring medical data and improving clinical workflows.You'll report to the Head of Product and collaborate daily with your own squad: 4 developers fully dedicated to your scope; 1 part‑time designer to support you on discovery and UX/UI; and, of course, you'll be supported by a product team that values ownership, clarity, and impact.Your mission in detailCollect and synthesise user feedback to inform product decisions and improve the user experience.Design and develop new features in accordance with the roadmap and the business priorities of the company.Collaborate closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure the quality of our developments.Become a product expert to support our Marketing and Sales teams in promoting and selling our solutions.Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all stakeholders, including leadership, the product team, and other impacted teams.Contribute to the creation of our product roadmap by analysing user behaviour and conducting various interviews.Define KPIs for product initiatives and use them to evaluate success and guide iteration.Help improve product team processes by identifying best practices and areas of optimization.Who you are?You have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management or customer‑facing roles, ideally in a SaaS environment.You are fluent in English and French and thrive in a diverse, international team.You make decisions based on data and insights, and you’re comfortable working with product analytics tools.You combine product thinking with business acumen, and you enjoy engaging with sales teams and customers.You’re precise, organised, and able to break down complex problems into actionable steps.Domain Knowledge (Bonus): Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus.Recruitment Process (4 steps)HR interview focused on motivations and alignment with the company's values.Discussion with the Head of Product about the product and the proposed problem‑solving approach.Mixed product/technical interview to assess analytical and communication skills.Final interview focused on team fit.By taking on these responsibilities, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare for workers worldwide.
