Rattaché(e) au Directeur Général, vous supervisez et coordonnez le service des Opérations du centre de formation pilotes. Vous avez pour mission de diriger le service des Opérations et de veiller à l’optimisation de la production afin de satisfaire au mieux la progression pédagogique des élèves pilotes de ligne. Responsibilities Encadrement des collaborateurs et supervision du département Opérations, incluant la mise en place des procédures et le contrôle de leur bonne application. Gestion et optimisation du planning des vols: aéronefs, simulateurs, salles de formation, élèves et instructeurs. Administration des conventions de formation: suivi administratif et intégration des nouveaux élèves. Gestion financière: suivi de la facturation des élèves, contrôle et validation des factures fournisseurs rattachées au centre de coût (taxes aéroportuaires, carburant, prestations des instructeurs externes, etc.). Participation à la vie de l’établissement: représentation lors de salons professionnels, journées portes ouvertes et autres événements organisés en interne ou en externe. Qualifications EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE ET COMPETENCES INTERPERSONNELLES Pour répondre à ces critères avec succès, vous devrez posséder : Un diplôme d’un niveau Bac+2/ Bac+3, Un niveau bilingue Français/Anglais, Une expérience de management réussie, Un permis B. Vous devrez également faire preuve : De réactivité, de dynamisme et d’une écoute proactive, De prise d’initiative, d’organisation et de rigueur, D’esprit d’équipe, de confidentialité et de discrétion, De responsabilité et d\'autonomie.
