Retail Operations Manager | EuropeLocation: Paris | Full Time HybridReporting too: Head of Retail OperationsFinancial package: Competitive salary and benefitsOur client, a leading global luxury maison, is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee operations across Europe. This pivotal role will ensure operational excellence and support the continued growth of the retail network.The RoleThe Retail Operations Manager will take full ownership of operational activities across the region, including maintenance, health & safety, budget management, compliance, stock management and project delivery. You will also support major retail initiatives such as new openings, refurbishments and pop ups. As a key people leader, you will drive and motivate the team based in Paris and London, ensuring alignment and consistency across markets.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure smooth day to day operations across European retail networkManage budgets and implement cost saving measures where possibleOversee store maintenance and health & safety compliance in line with regulationsBuild strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external suppliersLead onboarding, training and development of the retail operations teamProject manage retail initiatives including openings, refurbishments and pop upsPerform regular audits and support stock and inventory KPIsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in luxury retail operationsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage across multiple locationsSolutions oriented, proactive and able to manage competing prioritiesSolid knowledge of European health & safety regulationsExcellent communication, negotiation and influencing skillsFluent English required, French strongly preferred; additional languages advantageousWillingness to travel within EuropeWhy Apply?This is a rare opportunity to join an international luxury maison in a high visibility role, shaping the operational excellence of its European retail business.Please note: due to the high volume of interest, we will only be able to respond to applicants whose experience closely matches the requirements outlined above.
