Installation and Farm Succession Team Manager – M/F

• Manage a team of seven advisors and one administrative assistant
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee employees’ activities
• Ensure deliverables are completed properly and performance indicators are monitored
• Support, assist, and mentor employees in their duties and in their advisory role
• Conduct activity reviews and annual one-to-one performance appraisals
• Organize team meetings
• Implement farm installation and succession initiatives in coordination with elected representatives and the Service Manager
• Participate in support and awareness-raising activities for project developers
• Develop support programs for young farmers and farmers transferring ownership of their farms
• Strengthen partnerships with organizations and local authorities
• Participate in the rollout of France Service Agriculture

Requirements

• You hold a degree in agronomy, agricultural engineering, or an equivalent qualification
• You have skills in facilitation and management, as well as knowledge of agriculture
• You are motivated by the opportunity to manage teams
• You are recognized for your listening skills and ability to explain and teach
• You are able to mobilize and unite teams around shared objectives
• You are organized, able to take a step back, and demonstrate strong analytical and summarization skills
• A valid driving license is required
