About the Role Payroll Partner – A key member of the HR Services team in France, working remotely. The role supports payroll for the EMEA region, ensuring timely and compliant processing of salaries, benefits, and statutory obligations. Responsibilities Manage assigned caseload for Tier 1 payroll requests, responding to inquiries and supporting transactional execution. Act as point of contact for payroll inquiries from regional EMEA Associate Groups, focusing on France and supporting other countries as needed. Oversee the full payroll cycle: collect, validate, and input payroll-related data; ensure timely payment of salaries in compliance with statutory and collective agreements. Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate calculations and timely submissions of social security contributions, taxes, and other statutory requirements. Collaborate with HR and finance on monthly payroll activities, updating HRIS, and communicating hire, leaver, transfer, promotion, and organizational changes. Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance, and maintain internal controls. Correspond with tax offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions, and other authorities. Process supplementary insurance and pension plans. Prepare regular payroll reports and statistics, issuing certificates and forms, reconciling accounts with finance, and preparing annual financial statements. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of proven payroll experience. Deep knowledge of French labor, tax, and social security regulations; additional country-specific expertise is welcomed. Experience working within multicultural, international teams and collaborating with Finance and HR business partners. Strong confidentiality, communication, tone, messaging, execution, planning, and ownership skills. Problem‑solving and results‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in French and English; additional European languages are welcomed. Knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Location France – Remote.
