Job Opportunity: Country Manager UK & Nordics (FMCG) Location: Birmingham, UK (Hybrid – several remote days per week) Travel: Regular travel within the UK, France, and the Nordics About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Country Manager UK & Nordics to lead our commercial development in this strategic region. This role is ideal for a young, high‑potential talent with strong expertise in FMCG, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to operate in complex retail environments. Key Responsibilities Drive commercial strategy and growth across the UK and Nordic markets Manage relationships with major national retailers and key partners Lead negotiation processes and develop win‑win agreements Implement category management initiatives to improve performance and visibility Coach teams on sales excellence: objection handling, sales techniques, account planning Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights Ensure operational alignment with cross‑functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) Profile Requirements Strong experience in FMCG sales or account management Solid knowledge of the main UK retailers (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons, etc.) Proven skills in negotiation, category management, and managing complex accounts Ability to navigate multicultural and fast‑paced environments Strong communication and leadership capabilities Proactive, driven, and results‑oriented mindset Fluency in English (French or a Nordic language is a plus) What We Offer A high‑impact role with strong visibility A hybrid working model based in Birmingham International exposure and development opportunities A dynamic, supportive, and ambitious team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
