We are focused on creating value where IT counts, join us We are currently looking for an experienced Onsite Support Engineer / Site Infrastructure Manager to join our team near Paris, in Rueil‑Malmaison, France. This is a great opportunity to work in the IT field with exposure to new technologies and an international environment. The role has a strong focus on service orientation. Responsibilities Monitor, control, and support service delivery; ensure systems, methodologies, and procedures are in place and correctly followed. Provide hands‑on technical support to internal users (e.g. desktop, 2nd level). Manage local IT risks: identify, mitigate, and raise when necessary; recommend solutions in coordination with Head of IT. Enforce compliance with global policies (TIS & EUX) and internal procedures. Coordinate with clients for business development when needed. Ensure IT service & support capabilities align with the company roadmap and client strategy. Execute or coordinate local projects on‑site. Act as escalation point for helpdesk/service desk issues and onsite technical problems. Liaise with internal/external service lines and third‑party vendors. Assist in planning and forecasting of IT resources, budgets and needs for the site in coordination with the Country IT Head. Implement or support local application enhancements and local application support as required. Provide feedback, continuously seek to improve IT service and customer satisfaction. Execute or coordinate security/compliance remediation activities per IGM guidelines. Problem analysis and resolution; be available as needed for outages or urgent issues. Oversee local IT support staff / resources. Manage business stakeholder relationships. Review and align IT budget numbers with local finance team. Participate in global IT initiatives as required. Qualifications Strong foundation in Information Technology: keeping up with trends, tools, and solutions. Familiarity with business development in IT context: spotting opportunities with customers. Customer focus: passionate about customer satisfaction and delivering business value. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong service orientation. Ability to multitask, think outside the box, be flexible. Willingness to travel as required. Fluency in English and native or near‑native French. Candidates must be able to provide a criminal record extract not older than three months. Broad variety of tasks, activities, and projects.
