OverviewIndustrial Digital Transformation Lead (H/F) – Servier FranceWithin Industry business unit, as part of Business Excellence and Digital transformation department, reporting to Digital transformation director, the Digital Transformation Workstream Lead is responsible for leading and orchestrating the deployment of digital transformation initiatives within a defined perimeter (e.g. Manufacturing & Quality, Supply Chain & Support Functions, or Transversal).This role ensures alignment between business needs, technology capabilities, and change management efforts, driving sustainable transformation across the industrial network. It is part of a networked organization and will work closely with site Digital Transformation Leads, central IT/Data teams, and business function leaders. The role is instrumental in building a strong community of practice across sites and functions.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Transformation LeadershipTranslate the digital transformation vision and defined workstream roadmaps into actionable projects/initiatives.Ensure systematic application of the "Simplify – Standardize – Digitalize" frameworkCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify digital opportunities with measurable valueProject Management & Value TrackingEnsure proper execution and follow-up of digital initiatives within the workstreamTrack value generation (efficiency, compliance, quality, etc.) and coordinate with PMO for reportingIdentify synergies and dependencies between initiatives and sitesChange Management & AdoptionChampion the transformation journey within the workstream and across sitesAnticipate and mitigate resistance to change by applying structured change management approachesCoordinate communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities with site and central teamsStakeholder Management & CommunicationBuild and maintain strong working relationships across business units, IS, Automation, Data & AI, Digital teamsAct as a key interface between the central transformation team and the execution teamsEnsure effective communication of progress, roadblocks, and successes to governance bodiesInnovation & Digital LiteracyMaintain a strong awareness of emerging technologies relevant to the workstreamIdentify innovation opportunities and assess their feasibility and value in the pharma industry contextPromote digital literacy within the workstream and act as a digital ambassadorSkills and competenciesChange & Culture: Change management, organizational adoption, cultural agilityBusiness Acumen: Deep understanding of industrial pharma processesStakeholder Management: Influencing, communication, facilitation of cross-functional alignmentLean / Operational Excellence: Problem-solving, simplification, process improvementDigital Literacy: Basic knowledge of technologies (IoT, AI, data analytics, MES, etc.)Leadership: transversal leadership, co-construction mindsetProfile RequirementsEducation: Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or equivalentExperience: 7+ years in pharmaceutical or industrial environments; experience in digital transformation or operational excellence preferredLanguages: Fluent in English; other languages are a plusMobility: Willingness to travel occasionally to industrial sitesNous sommes engagés pour l’égalité des chances et le développement des talents dans toute leur diversité.
