Your day at NTT DATA The Hybrid Datacenter Go-to-Market (GTM) Senior Manager has the primary objective to collaborate with the relevant internal stakeholders to ensure the achievement of client‑led, business value solutions in the domain of Hybrid Datacenter. This role takes responsibility for creating business value for clients through our portfolio and the successful execution of the growth strategy within their area of remit. The Hybrid Datacenter Go-to-Market (GTM) Senior Manager oversees a team and drives a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on operational excellence. What you’ll be doing Key Responsibilities Works closely with a variety of internal stakeholders to implement and execute the strategy in the territory of operations, and in the scope of the mission (see territory and scope described below). Participates directly in solution development and go‑to‑market activities. Responsible for the tactical activities required for product growth and management within the assigned area of responsibility. Conducts regular business reviews to ensure compliance and governance in relation to contracted agreements with partners and alliances. Holds technology and design responsibility for assigned sales support engagements. Manages presales opportunities and implementation of the identified projects. Assists with the development and manages the implementation of policies and procedures and operating plans that will enable the achievement of the overall GTM strategy. Directly supports strategic deals and client engagement practices and provides mentoring to local teams, accordingly, providing subject matter expertise on RFPs / RFIs. Manages a team of individual contributors and ensures performance goals are constantly reviewed and achieved. Knowledge and Attributes Advanced knowledge of the Hybrid Datacenter business and products (Servers, storage, virtualization, etc.). Advanced knowledge and relationship with a key vendor in the scope (Dell, HPe, Broadcom, …). Good knowledge on public cloud solutions and services (Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google GCP). Knowledge and experience on Artificial Intelligence is a plus (Nvidia, …). You are focused on results, to achieve company targets. Advanced understanding of sales analytics, sales practices and principles. Ability to work in a cross‑functional environment with tight timelines. Excellent organizational skills coupled with excellent attention to detail. Very good communication skills. Ability to present complex topics to technical and non‑technical audiences. Demonstrates resourcefulness in getting things accomplished. Ability to use judgement to make decisions about work process and apply improvements. Advanced business and commercial acumen. Advanced interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities. Territory and scope The territory of operations is France and Luxembourg. Scope of the responsibility area is : Traditional datacenter technologies : servers, virtualization, storage, backup. Host systems : Operating Systems (Windows, Linux), containers. Management and automation. Hybridation with public cloudCompliance and security of previous listed domains. Required Experience Advanced experience in dealing with complexity, across multiple channels, across multiple lines of business, with regard to multiple competitors and partners, and broadly with the market as a whole. Advanced experience in the area of Hybrid Datacenter, either as a business leader or a sales champion. Experience in business plan creation and execution. Advanced experience in pushing solution on the market (especially a successful experience in the territory listed before). Advanced experience leading a sales team, preferably within a global technology services organization. Extended related corporate, market, and business strategy experience with thorough knowledge of relevant industries.
