OP Mobility is starting PLM-ONE program, to build a global product Lifecycle Management for all its business groups (~4000 engineers). Scope include project and quality management, CAD and BOM data management, as well as Bill of process and bill of equipment (BOE) management. Responsibilities The Global Program Manager is accountable for timely delivery of PLM-ONE to the required quality level and maximizing value/total cost. He/she will also ensure operation excellence of PLM-ONE. Measure and improve continuously performance (quality, lead-time) of extended-team (including supplier), through training (on-the-job or formal) or teamwork (problem-solving, kaizen) to ensure best delivery Organise and coordinate the extended IT team: defines priorities and allocate production work as well as review/validation work (daily and weekly meetings with the extended project team) Project QCTE/risk management and report to steering committees Set-up maintenance and support organisation Identify issues and support team to solve them Qualifications Master degree or Engineer with IT specialisation Experience in big PLM project management, preferably with TeamCenter (Siemens PLM) Leadership, organisation skills, \"go & see\" mindset to understand and help solve issues.
