Sweep is hiring an AI Acceleration Program Manager to fast-track our internal AI transformation and help teams unlock AI’s full potential.Climate change is the defining challenge of our era, and technology is at the center of the fight. What will I be doing?As an AI Acceleration Program Manager at Sweep, you'll play a critical role in our AI transformation journey. You’ll translate vision into execution: coordinate AI initiatives, support business units to successfully adopt and leverage AI tools to drive impact and build AI literacy across our organisation. This role offers exceptional learning opportunities in cutting‑edge AI technology, organisational change management, and cross‑functional program leadership.More specifically, your mission will involve:Stakeholder Engagement & Change ManagementAct as the central coordination point between Business Leads, AI Champions, and the central AI Engineering teamBe a business partner: build strong relationships with Business Leads & AI Champions to understand their automation needs and challengesSupport change management activities for AI tool rollouts, ensuring smooth adoption and user buy‑inMonitor AI industry trends and emerging use cases; bring that innovation inspiration to business teamsSupport the AI Champions network with training materials and communicationProgram Support & CoordinationFacilitate (cross-)functional workshops to identify high‑impact automation opportunities across Growth, Marketing, HR, Finance and Product teamsAssist decision‑making on custom agent & automation development requests, balancing business value against technical capacityGather qualitative and quantitative feedback on AI tool effectiveness; translate insights into actionable improvementsOrganise hands‑on training sessions for our AI literacy programsCreate documentation, best practice guides and training materialsExecution & TrackingHelp manage the AI initiative pipeline: track program timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependenciesCoordinate meetings and maintain project communication channelsTrack and report on AI adoption metrics, project progress and ROI of AI projectsCoordinate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout build cyclesThat sounds just right for me. This is who we’re looking for:Qualifications 🏆Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field2-3 years of professional experience, including 1+ years in project/program management, preferably in tech or software environmentsStrong interest in AI/Technology and eagerness to learn, demonstrated experiences in AI Tools or technology rollouts is a strong plusUnderstanding of agentic AI, automation workflows, or similar emerging technologies (hands‑on experience is a strong plus)Proficiency in English, French is a plusQualities 🧠Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and autonomousStrong relationship building: Natural connector who builds trust easily and is able to “talk business and tech language”, ability to build credibility with senior stakeholdersStrong organisation skills: attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks towards timelines & goalsProblem‑Solving: analytical thinking and creative solution finding, able to go the extra mile when roadblocks are hitExcellent communication skills and a collaborator at heartPassionate about working with data to drive impactCommitted to our mission of creating a better future for all of usCopy that.
