Senior Visual Merchandising Manager EMEA

The Senior Visual Merchandising Manager EMEA will provide tactical and strategic support to the region, adapting global guidelines to best support regional and market nuances.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing display standards, creative installations, analyzing business needs by market and store, managing the visual merchandising budget for the region, and local creative production needs of all locations within the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the HQ team on the successful order and execution of windows, vitrines, in-store displays, and caseline presentations.
- Being a key point person for the VM network for any regional in-store activations and out-of-home events.
- Cross-functional collaboration with regional stakeholders from merchandising to marketing to store planning to ensure product launches, new store openings, and activations are executed to brand standard and drive the business.
- Providing regular feedback to the HQ team on any strategic ideas or information to grow the business within the region.
- Managing and developing an effective and responsive VM team within the region.
Requirements include:
- 10 years of management experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas, preferably in luxury retail.
- Experience of both jewelry and non-jewelry visual merchandising.
- Organized with experience managing a regional budget and spend.
- A history of analyzing regional business reports and floor maps to ensure business needs are met.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Fluency in French.
- Experience with editorial styling.
- Vocal with the ability to present ideas and information in a group situation.
This is a permanent contract position located in Paris 6, with a preferred start date in July 2024.
