The Director of Visual Merchandising EMEA will provide strategic support to the region, adapting global guidelines to meet local needs.

Key responsibilities include overseeing display standards, creative installations, and managing the VM budget for the region.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of management experience in merchandising, visual display, or related areas, with a proven track record of analyzing business reports and floor maps to ensure business needs are met.

Additional requirements include experience with both jewelry and non-jewelry visual merchandising, organizational skills, and the ability to work with a variety of disciplines and personalities.

The Director will be responsible for managing a regional VM team, mentoring and monitoring team members, and ensuring creative standards and operational effectiveness are delivered across the region.

Other key responsibilities include managing department expense and capital expense budgets, leading vendor management initiatives, and supporting cross-functional partners to ensure successful new store openings and minor works projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a comfort level in communicating with all levels of global corporate leadership, and the ability to take creative direction and execute to a high standard.

Fluency in French is preferred, as is experience with editorial styling, local vendor sources, and a network of freelancers to support local needs.

The Director will be responsible for the overall appearance of stores within the region, ensuring the store environment and VM component are always of the highest standard.
