Position: Retail Store Manager - Full Time Location: Du Bois, PA Job Id: # of Openings: 1

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales team to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Welcome customers and assist them throughout their shopping journey.
  • Promote and sell footwear, apparel, and accessories.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system.
  • Restock merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members.
  • Manage staffing levels and create schedules to align with business needs.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure a superior customer experience through effective team leadership.
  • Handle cash deposits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Receive and organize incoming inventory for display.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
  • A desire to mentor others in sales techniques and management.
  • Exceptional customer service and sales abilities.
  • Strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Capability to build and lead a sales team to positively impact business outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to open and close the store, including working independently.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
