Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our team of experienced professionals. Reporting directly to the Automotive Village Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our used vehicle department, ensuring operational efficiency and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and coaching to a team of six dedicated salespeople, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Manage the entire used vehicle operation, encompassing sourcing, pricing, sales, and customer service for an annual volume of 1300 units.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize inventory turnover, maximize margins, and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes for reconditioning and remarketing used vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to contribute to budget planning and monitor financial performance, driving profitability and growth.
