Job Title: Head of Legal

Reporting to the Group General Counsel, the Head of Legal is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company's operations, ensuring compliance with various regulations and laws, including corporate law, contract law, business law, intellectual property law, trademark law, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the legal secretariat of all companies, organizing and managing board meetings, committees, general meetings, and completing legal and regulatory formalities.
  • Manage the annual approval of accounts and handle routine legal operations during the fiscal year, including company formations, statutory modifications, changes of directors, etc.
  • Implement power of attorney/signature delegations within the Group's companies and oversee the network of local correspondents responsible for the legal secretariat of foreign subsidiaries.
  • Contribute to the implementation of GDPR obligations, ensure proper application and monitoring of the compliance program within the group, and participate in the implementation of obligations related to the Sapin 2 Law, the UK Bribery Act, and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
  • Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts related to the Group's activities, create standard commercial contract templates, and assist operational entities in identifying risks and securing contractual relationships with clients/suppliers and the Group's operational services.
  • Lead the Group's commercial legal network and participate in the management of the Group's ethics and compliance alerts.
