IT Field Support Specialist

We're seeking an experienced IT Field Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll play a critical role in supporting our offshore facilities and ensuring the stability and security of our systems. Your expertise will be essential in monitoring and troubleshooting network issues, maintaining system documentation, and contributing to weekly or monthly reports.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in System roles, with expertise in implementing and maintaining multi-site enterprise-level WAN networks using WAN optimizers and VSAT. You'll also possess knowledge of Windows 10 endpoints, Microsoft Server 2012 and newer, Commvault or similar backup systems, and storage principles, preferably Netapp or HP Storage systems.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network issues
