Role of Territory Manager:- Enhance the revenue and market presence of brands within designated retail outlets.
- Prepare for store visits, assess sector performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Execute and uphold the commercial strategy, formulate business plans, and implement effective tactics.
- Regularly report on sector activities and conduct thorough competitive analysis.
- Oversee the operations of a Sales Promoter in large retail environments.
- Engage in regional growth initiatives and collaborate on cross-functional projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a commercial degree ranging from Bac + 2 to Bac + 4/5, along with prior experience in commercial or marketing roles within the consumer goods sector. You will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, merchandising expertise, and analytical capabilities. This role offers comprehensive sales training, close mentorship, a competitive salary package, and avenues for career advancement within the Group.
A valid Driver's License is essential, and proficiency in English is advantageous.
