About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving and executing merger and acquisition transactions for the firm's clients, with a focus on the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Oversee due diligence processes, including financial analysis, valuation, and risk assessment.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to evaluate potential investment opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to structure deals that align with strategic objectives and maximize value.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in investment banking with a focus on M&A execution.
  • Strong track record of successfully leading and closing complex transactions.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • CFA Qualification.
