Job Title: Director, Business Services Investment Banking

Job Summary:

Bryan, Garnier & Co is seeking a highly experienced Director to join our Business Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing new transactions and ensuring effective deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in deal origination and assume a pivotal role in execution and transaction processes
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Perform financial and strategic analyses to support deal execution
  • Negotiate the main terms of a transaction
  • Supervise and train associate and analyst level bankers
  • Ensure sector coverage and contribute to the overall development of the Investment Banking Business services team

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have significant transaction experience in an international investment bank or a private equity fund (minimum six years). Prior experience in the Business services sector is important, as is the potential to originate. We are looking for individuals with strong commercial skills, analytical and technical skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
