About the Role

As a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence in our supplier base, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. You will work closely with our suppliers to identify and address quality issues, develop and implement quality improvement plans, and provide training and support to ensure compliance with automotive quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to address quality issues and ensure compliance with automotive quality standards.
  • Work closely with suppliers to identify and address quality issues, provide training and support, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality management systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, supplier quality engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
